Refunds
The Blacksun Festival offers a limited refund policy for our tickets. Refunds will be offered if one of these two conditions occurs:
1) Main concert venue changes (Toad’s Place)
2) Festival dates change
Should one of the above conditions occur, we will post an announcement about the change and refund offer to our Web site, Livejournal community, and Myspace page. In addition we will send out e-mails to all addresses that we have received by ticket holders. Once this notification is made, ticket holders will have 30 calendar days to request a refund. Once we have received a request, we will process a payment for 100% of the funds paid by that ticket holder. Should a ticket holder request a refund, the ticket will be invalidated. If the ticket was used before a refund request was received by us, the ticket holder will ineligible for a refund.
All refunds will be handled directly through The Blacksun Festival; you should not request one from third party businesses.
